We upgraded to a sea view room and paid the extra. It seems they are very petty with small things. Like breakfast that should be included for the price, the coffee that is in the lobby that should be complimentary for all their guestand is not! These are things that make travel easyand nice for ppl and make them feel welcome....cost is nothing for the hotel, especially free coffee! Great hotel, across from the beach in Puerto Lopez. Beautiful rooms, built with great attention to detail. We walked in out of curiosity, and booked a room even though we already had an Airbnb lined up for the night. Ask for a sea view room on the third floor and keep the terrace doors open so you can listen to the ocean all night. This is perfection.
